I'm toying with the idea of making a full on set up in my garage.....but I'm afraid I might burn it down. Something like this

My output depends on how much my girlfriend puts up with my house smelling like a brewery.....but I'm making about 20 litres a week right now. I only have 3 kegs though, so I need to drain them within about 2 weeks of carbonating or I run out places to put all the beer.
My stepdad used to make wine. Sounds a lot like this. Only, his wine was ####ty. He cut corners. How do you find your beer?
