I'm not brushing anything off at all. I think that the money should be paid back if its owing; no question about that. I would say the same if this were any other party. I just think that the point is to get the money back, with interest, so if it takes them 8 years instead of 6 then they pay more.

Well lets be honest. The "article" there from the National Post isn't exactly impressive. I don't know a whole lot more about the debts or what the court case is about after reading that piece. Truthfully, I didn't know anything about this until this thread, but its not exactly enlightening either.
