I got some custom molded musicians earplugs from here for around 200-250$.

You can get them in a few different decibel reducing levels, and they are definitely better than the foam ear plugs.

London Drugs also sells some musician type earplugs for around 20$, not molded to your ear or anything, but apparently the sound quality is a lot better than the foam ones as well.
