I think I asked this one other time on CP, but didn't receive a satisfactory answer.

What's the deal with all those little toys and characters you see on the dashboard in Chinese (usually women I think) peoples cars. I think Filipinos may be involved in this as well. Are they playing some kind of game while driving? I don't actually notice this as much as I used too. Perhaps the distracted driving law has scared the game players off??!

Also, where in town can I finally get a decent snake skin soup?
