Just out of curiosity, how does that work legally? Like how are they able to justify keeping your licence until your guilty/innocent? Do they claim that you could be a risk to the public with your licence, so they have to keep you off the streets until the completion of trial, the way they keep dangerous offenders in jail until their trial?
