If your ticket was purchased as 1 ticket, meaning you bought the whole trip yyc-yvr-pek as 1 ticket your fine to show up 1 1/2 hrs before flight in Calgary (yes its considered domestic,) your bags will be checked all the way through as well.

If you bought a seperate ticket from yyc-yvr and yvr-pek then you have to pick up your bags in yvr and check them through to pek.
