This guy has been named and shamed - he's probably cried himself to sleep each night since it happened because of the shame. If they charge this knucklehead he's going to a get either a complete discharge or a conditional one with probation which he won't violate because he's too embarrassed to leave his house for the next 15 years. So the end result is no criminal record and a waste of tax dollars for pushing this through a court.
