It's tough to paint Feaster and co. with that brush since he hasn't really had a chance to develop anyone in the organization. This is pretty much his first project with the Flames, and the confidence probably comes from the staff he has put in place. And it could also come from the route he's going, and the pedigree he has, the support he has. Lots of factors involved with the confidence.
I like the route he is taking. Going the USHL then college route seems fitting since it gives him time to develop physically.
Pretty sure everyone knows what they're doing with regards to his development
