I actually looked at the same table before I made my post (through
this link), but it didn't specify the requirements for the classifications.
I was actually under the impression that the least education you could have to be a teacher was an undergrad, so I assumed the step up was the Masters.
Edit: Now that I think of it, if you get an undergrad and then 2 years for your education degree on top of that, you would be making 80k a year after 5 years. That's not too bad if you disregard the dealing with that many kids on a daily basis part.
