As mentioned, a Gigabit link can sustain a theoretical maximum of 125 MB/s but you likely won't achieve it, there are all kinds of other factors, primarily hard disk write and read speed in most home solutions.

Yeah sorry I am use to talking about enterprise networks and storage, so I just use 110 MB/s because I see between 110-120 in most cases and don't want my customers calculating using 125.
