I live in an apartment building right by the elbow river at the end of 24th ave. the city came and put up those orange water filled barriers along the rivers edge, which they say gives the bank an additional 12" of protection. Our condo board told us to move our cars out of underground parking, and might sandbag the parkade entrance tomorrow at some point... How far up the street could a flood even come?
