I'm venturing past just having a PC and USB backup drive and I'm hoping for some help on a couple of questions...

Is there a way to automatically sync My Music folder to the public shared folder?

When I copy my music over manually, I only get about 25mb/sec. Is there a way to get it to 100? Can I do Gigabit? I have Windows 7 PC, 3 TB WD My Book Live, and a Shaw modem/router that is their new standard: http://www.cisco.com/web/consumer/su...m_DPC3825.html
