No. Redline Report had Jankowski ranked 28th (still good) and where RLR would pick him. For those unfamiliar with Redline Report, like other draft guides such as ISS, they rank guys according to where they would have picked the guy (i.e. it's their list that they would follow on draft day). The mock draft is completely separate and takes into consideration team needs and draft tendencies (purpose being to predict where guys would go).
