This Spring/early Summer flooding stuff in this area seems to be getting pretty annual though.

There was water in the basement at the G2 Ranch, but it was not as bad as past years. In the first 20 years there, there was no flooding, and the last 5 years, there have been 3-4 floods. Dad is grumbling about "global warming" as a cause.
