Night vision is slightly more sensitive - for example, before when someone is an idiot and has high beams running behind you, it'd be annoying. Now if the same idiot does that, I actually have to get out of the way or find some way to avoid it because it will start to get painful after a short period of time. Other than the slight issue with focusing on high intensity light sources at night, everything else is perfect. No need for drops, no dry eyes, no irritation and no other side effects.
I'd recommend it to anyone.

It should go away, may take 8 months tho. The night halo effect took a few years to go away, or maybe I just adjusted. Anyway, I don't have that affect anymore, it just takes time to rid dry eye and light sensitivity.
