In my mind, I can go all in and do a media room like this:

But I don't have the money for this after finishing the basement.

Or I can wait for this 80" Sharp to fall in price:

Without the media room construction cost, the 80" is actually much cheaper.

I'm leaning towards the large LCD. This will probably be my last house before I move to a retirement home down the road. So if I do buy the large LCD, I would never have a truly large screen ever which kind of hurts my manhood.
