Yup, the "incredible shots" always come from the Master's- that what made Tigers third round at the US open in 2008 so incredible. 2 insane putts for eagle and a hole out for birdie (from an awful lie) in the last 5 or 6 holes. Pretty rare at the US Open- and basically what he would have needed today to win... which he could have done with a 66, tie with a 67. But, 4 under at this course in these conditions would be like 8 under at Augusta.

I think Tiger tried to be too aggressive today... same as 2010- was 5 shots behind that year as well going into final round and played too aggressively trying to catch up. Meanwhile, everyone backed up at Pebble and all he needed to shoot was 1 over to win.
