Bah, something needs to happen with the Timbers. Losing 1-0 to a LA Galaxy squad that was missing half of their players is not a good thing. LA got their first clean sheet of the season, and their first win since April.
Portland has talented players at certain positions, but they can't get it together. Not sure if it is a coaching issue, or players not performing, but I do know it's boring and unimaginative. With a match on national TV against their arch rival next weekend, things can only get better...
