A couple of weeks ago I get a call from my insurance company informing me that the car in front of me is suing me for injury. My car was pushed into them and slightly tapped their bumper. There was no damage to the other vehicle.
I find it funny that my car was ravaged from behind and I walk away unscathed, but the vehicle in front of me is claiming injury. |
I'm really beginning to think that there should be a website for this. Unless it was actually the insurance company that decided on an injury claim (umm....doubtful), there should be a website to publicize pricks like that. Having been rear-ended myself, I would never attempt to milk additional money out. Medical claim pay-outs can be very important to people who actually do get hurt. To do garbage like that, is to make it more difficult for the people who ACTUALLY need it to get proper treatment. I say post the name (unless it's illegal). Plate and car too!
