A couple of weeks ago I get a call from my insurance company informing me that the car in front of me is suing me for injury. My car was pushed into them and slightly tapped their bumper. There was no damage to the other vehicle.
I find it funny that my car was ravaged from behind and I walk away iunscathed, but the vehicle in front of me is claiming injury. |
i think you are liable for the guy in front of you even if you were parked.
your insurance company could try and go after the first guys insurance for whatever the costs ends up being.
