A couple of weeks ago I get a call from my insurance company informing me that the car in front of me is suing me for injury. My car was pushed into them and slightly tapped their bumper. There was no damage to the other vehicle.

I find it funny that my car was ravaged from behind and I walk away unscathed, but the vehicle in front of me is claiming injury.
how can they sue you when you weren't at fault? wouldn't they sue the guy who hit you and caused you to hit them?
