I was rear ended pretty badly last year. Scared the ***p out of me because the vehicle didnt even try to break. I was shaken up but walked away from the accident. A little stiff for 6 hours but I was okay and didnt pursue anything legally. I figured what goes around comes around a frivilous lawsuit is not something I needed in my life.
A couple of weeks ago I get a call from my insurance company informing me that the car in front of me is suing me for injury. My car was pushed into them and slightly tapped their bumper. There was no damage to the other vehicle.
I find it funny that my car was ravaged from behind and I walk away unscathed, but the vehicle in front of me is claiming injury.
