The current global mission ends in a day. It requires us to send people and cargo to help with a chemical spill in Calgary. All cargo to Calgary appears to be first aid, and most people you send to Calgary are doctors or hazmat suit guys.

EDIT: I'll add some basic startup stuff to the OP to help new users.
