Not surprising. I was looking at the construction cam on their website last week, and I was thinking there was no way it looked like it was going to be ready for September.
In other Stadium news, the "Friends of Landsdowne" group that has been trying to block the redevelopment of the Landsdowne Park area in Ottawa has given up their fight and will not take their challenge to the Supreme Court (

This finally paves the way for construction to start on the renovations to the north grandstand/Civic Centre and the construction of the new south grandstand. The 67s are going to play at least one season at Scotiabank Place while the Civic Centre renovations are carried out. For those that aren't familiar with the stadium, the north grandstand of the football stadium is built on top of the Civic Centre arena, and the entire south grandstand has been demolished.
They have said that if they can get shovels in the ground by the end of summer, it could be ready for the 2014 CFL season.
