If we're going to open up sports to steroids and doping, I'd like to add a really creative element and put genetic maniplulation and surgical options in.
Imagine Olympic swimmers with blow holes gills and flipper hands and feet. Boxers with their brains relocated to their a$$es so the only way to knock em out was to punch em in the butt. I'd like to see soccer players with spring loaded hips.
Everyone likes freaks, and watching freaks built to specialized athletic specs would be money.
