I'm currently working with Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary Region and we have openings for door to door canvassers. This is a great way to make some extra money while helping a very worth cause. This is very low pressure type fundraising, you aren't trained to nag or harass potential donors.

Minimum wage is guaranteed ($9.50) but your wage is dependant on your performance with the possibility to make over $30.00. The canvassers right now are averaging between $18 and $22 per hour but some have made over $30 per hour in past couple weeks.

Shifts are 3.5 hours. Evenings (5:00 to 8:30) and weekends (between 9:00am and 8:00pm – I’m flexible). Minimum expectation is 3 shifts per week. If you want to work more than 3.5 hours on a weekend that is fine as long as you let me know.

If you have any questions please post them or PM me. When you are hired you become an employee of CMHA – Calgary Region, this is not under-the-table type work. All your payroll deductions will be made and you will be paid twice a month via direct deposit.
