Unfortunately you are hooped. It very natural for our eyes to shift farsighted and lose the near vision. This shift can also create night vison issues.
The mechanism for this is the lens of the eye thickening up. A healthy diet and protecting your eyes from UV light can help slow the progression, but nothing can stop it.
Multifocal glasses and/or contacts can correct the vision, but it will get worse.
Computer screens do not make the eyes worse, they just exaggerate the symptoms.
