Ok after listening to that I'm pretty impressed. I was of the belief that Rome had got pretty soft over the years and wasnt asking the hard questions anymore, even though he claims to always ask the hard questions. I am sure he went hard after Stern because he is in bed with CBS now and doesn't have as much to lose, but that was a very entertaining exchange and I dont think Rome comes out as bad looking as Stern does. Stern was most defiantly on the defensive and to me comes across as cheap and petty. I for one would be happy to see more high level sports execs and politicians put in positions like this, more like the real world and less like a fake ideal world. I am a Rome fan and don't hide it so I am biased, but I am impressed with that interview.
