If they have your name, then the "tickets" are old (from when they had registry access). They can and will screw your credit. They are only legally entitled to full payment of the parking rate on that day (I believe there is case law supporting that).

Email or call them. Offer to pay a days rate in full, and cut them a cheque. Note "full and final payment" and their "ticket" number on the cheque (if they accept your offer). If they reject, you may have to take them to court to get out of it.

Impark has a lot of money... And they will mess your credit ***IF*** they have your personal info. Be nice and get it in writing if possible.
