Its the crack equivalent of a judas goat, the olny thing unusual about this is they dont seem to have really picked their targets that well or turned them out carefully, usually the girls just disappear and don't show up until arrested a year or so later.

Have to agree, I really don't find this all that surprising. Bunch of, probably older, guys convinced some girls to lure another girl into a forced sex type situation for cash.
