Well, I watched the fight as well, and to me Pacquiao won as well, but I didn't see a dominating win by any stretch. I'm somewhat glad he didn't win though, simply because I'm really tired of seeing boxers nowadays coming in for the win-for-decision approach as opposed to the knockout. Maybe Pacquiao's corner will go the the gym and work on finishing a fight in the first 6 rounds instead of relying on that decision.
As for judging and reffing in boxing, well that's been messed up for awhile. Mind you in person, the sport is a lot quicker and easier to miss stuff, judging has been pretty bad the past few years. Even the undercard fight before the main event tonight had a controveral missed set of calls which ended a pretty good fight to a no-decision for either fighter, because the one boxer couldn't continue after the ref missed at least 1 blatent below the belt hit. Stuff happens, but these misses shouldn't happen at this level.
