NO, it's because the server is LAZY. NO, the root of bad service is servers not wanting to write down request and not wanting to check over things. I have had 4 or 5 servers ask me to REMIND them of my order. WTF???? They didn't want to WRITE THEM DOWN is WHY. LAZINESS!!
