See, this is where you are completely wrong. The is a saying in any business "We reserve the right." The company, or in your case Chili's serving you is under no obligation to serve you, and is under no obligation to provide any particular level of service. The reserve the right to serve you poorly, or fairly, or excellently at their discretion. They own the building, and the premises, you Ma'am do not. If you do not like the services rendered you are still contractually obligated to pay, as long as they are representative of the menu item. And yes, they can tell you to shut up, if you are being unreasonable. I have physically removed unruly, unreasonable customers from my place of business, and have been backed by law enforcement when they have been called after the fact since I have given fair warning. They (Chili's) call the shots in their confines, not you.
