They aren't my possession, they are in my authority to do as I ask. I am their boss and they do as I say. THAT IS NICE, because I am *********PAYING********* THEM TO DO AS I ASK. What wouldn't be nice is if I didn't pay them or pay them well if they did well.
They are only beneath me if I know more than them about the menu or how to do the job.
