I'm having a hard time understanding why the CoG would be so determined to hold the vote today? Surely the NHL won't pull the plug over a couple days delay so the City can release the missing documents and put itself in compliance with the legislation.
Why does the City invite this kind of headache...especially since this morning's decision appears to open the door to an immediate challenge and they might be right back to square one.
