Irony would be the city agreeing to the lease, Jamison getting the investors together and buying the team, Goldwater actually suing (!), Goldwater winning the suit and invalidating the lease, and Jamison moving the team without having to pay any relocation fee since there is no valid lease. End result: Goldwater costing Glendale ridiculous amounts of money.
