*Just a note, I never play online...so all of the play I reference is offline against the CPU.
Half of them I just never find use for (like the saucer, fake shot, push puck, and the fancy dekes), the others (like the poke check and dump puck) just don't seem to work well for me. For every 100 poke checks I do, 2 or 3 connect and knock the puck off the opposing player's stick. 99% of the time that happens they instantly regain the puck. Same goes for the stick lift. With dump puck, I find my players just bobble/dribble the puck and it rarely makes it past my own blueline. Every now and then it works like it should and I flip it up into the air and out and either start a cool break-out or clear the puck on a PK. Very rare.
