The question has to be asked though that isn't calling up Jordan freakin Henderson representative of as extreme a situation as you can possibly have?
It's because it makes perfect sense to replace an injured centre-back with a right back.

Jordan Henderson was on the sub list though. Of course he is going to be asked before someone who isn't on that list.
This is all Woy's fault anyway for alienating some of the better players. Glen Johnson is a good RB, and he deserves to be on the team, but I still think that Micah Richards should be starting ahead of him. Carrick also should have been included from the start. If those two things had happened then England wouldn't be getting in to asking these players who are further down their list of options.
