Are you serious? If you know anything about the subject at all, you would know both are predominantly genetic.
The more APSD is studied the more it is proven that it is genetic. Personality though is certainly genetic with a strong environmental influence.
You don't get to choose which people are considered criminal based on your bias of mental illness, yet the legal system sort of has. This is unfortunate.
If you are going to lecture people at least tell the truth. Sure, in the medical world both are different, but don't make it seem like one is the person's fault and the other is not.
