With contributions from Warner Hodges and Jason Ringenberg (Jason and the Scorchers), Dan Baird (Georgia Satellites), and Eric “Roscoe” Ambel (The Del Lords, Steve Earle), and a host of other talents, Hank 'n' Roll: A Rock 'n' Roll Tribute to Hank Williams exchanges cowboy hats, steel guitars, and fiddles for bass, drums, and electric guitars. The result?—The world's first rock 'n' roll tribute to Hank Williams, a foot-tapping, and at times fist-pumping, assemblage of basement-bred rock ‘n’ roll that presents some stellar Hank songs in high gear.
