I think this proposition sounds a lot better than the reality of the situation.
This is a second hand story, but I once heard a description of what actually happens. The women are unkept, husky, and usually have genetic/inbreeding problems to begin with. The action occurs through a hole in sheet.
I think I'd have to be rightly sauced.
