Edit: looks like I am currently using iCloud because some stuff has transferred over to my iPhone when I just booted it up but I'm game for changing it up if there is a better option.
I'm basically starting fresh because I never put much on my iPad contact or calendar related because I wasn't planning on getting an iPhone, at least not this soon.
Outside of a iPod shuffle these are my first Apple products, well unless you count my sweet computer from the 90's  , so I'm pretty open to any suggestions to make things as seamless as possible. |
It's pretty easy to jump from one service to the other, but since you don't have any other apple products I'd lean towards Google. If you had an Apple computer perhaps iCloud would be less hassle, but until you do Google might be the way to go. iCloud on an Apple computer is pretty seamless as all the included applications have it built in already. For the record I haven't used a PC in years so I have no clue how well they handle iCloud stuff.
