Yeah, was talking to my sister who practiced medicine and went through an oncology rotation and asked her about that, and she said that you felt like two people half the time. You had to be positive and comforting and sometimes push patients to fight when they really don't want to anymore. You have to be their friends and the patients look a them as saviors and a life line.

The second person is the one who get thier heart ripped out daily but can't show it.
