When I read the story below it made me think about this bus attack. Makes me sick thinking that a father can almost kill his own son and yet be assessed as only low risk. Are you kidding? The system is screwed up and needs to be fixed even for the mentally ill. I know a guy that almost killed his ex and her boyfriend with a shotgun and he was out of jail before a buddy who went away from growing 100 marijuana plants. As mad as it makes me I kinda smile knowing that if I ever need to murder someone I won't spend much time in jail.
