you seem to be confused about the average size of a nuclear reactor here, 582 MW is pretty small?? That would be around the mid point for Canadian reactors and the largest reactors in the world only tip in around 1500 with the most common ones around 1000.
I think it's fair to say quite obviously all 3 are examples of fully decommissioned commercial reactors.
