Well on the line is the only time there is contact to speak of, once the ball is thrown it all stops. No receivers are allowed to block and there is no tackling.

I really thought there would be some more traction on this. I know there are a few other people on CP that play in the CFFL, and can attest to how much fun it is.

If you enjoy softball but are looking for something a bit competitive and physically demanding this is really the prefect sport. Also don't feel that because you're on the wrong side of 40 you won't be able to play. Our best linemen (other than me of course) was 52 last year. Old man strength FTW.
