Now that might just be because none of the stats I get are ones I care about, but even then it seems like they are pretty under powered for how rare they are.

I found a legendary axe in Act 1 in the Leoric mansion area. It didn't seem too fancy but it has a different text colour than everything else so I got super excited. Are these the equivalent of the beige texted items from Diablo 2?
