But you have made claims from atop Mount Pious throughout this discussion prescribing a specific type of punishment for a specific type of offence, and gave me a 'roll eyes' smiley when I said you were defending an untenable position. So I'm trying to see where exactly the problem lies in applying your punishment for crime based on another set of related facts.
