I heard a turnaround at a certain SAGD site was something like $130MM. Holy Christ!

Not sure if it's the same everywhere, but the way they have it setup here is people are given a cash amount to their signature, I've heard from 150k to 5 million.
But the total cost for a turnaround is not surprising as the cost of parts is ridicolous, intruments running in 10k amount and some interals at 800k and thats just part of a piece of equipment. Add in the labor to complete the work and the short amount of time to acomplish the work, the costs add up.
