Haha I wouldn't say bionic maybe a little stupid I also played 3 weeks on a torn groin before I decided to see a sports doctor soo...Ya I have done yoga and you do see guys occasionally but if you feel uncomfortable in a room full of lululemons you can always by a yoga DVD and a mat and you can do it from home. Flexible is pretty easy to build up just try those foam rollers and maybe stretch for 20 minutes before bed or when you wake up in the morning it doesn't take long to get a little better.
